Textron Systems is seeking an experienced FPGA Engineer to join our team. This individual will work as part of a multidisciplined design engineering team during the development phase of an emerging program. The individual should be fluent in the VHDL code techniques. The individual will be responsible for developing new FPGA designs with an emphasis on simulation and verification, and the transition of those designs into ASICs.. Our Design Engineering team is focused on developing and improving new product designs to support advanced emerging programs for military customers.
Responsibilities
· Design, prototype, and develop FPGA systems, including RTL design and coding, simulation, modeling, test bench verification, and IP block integration.
· Develop HDL code from evolving System Requirements with minimum oversight.
· Collaborate with PCB designers to support FPGA connectivity and functionality.
· Investigate new technologies that could be used in the future products.
· Conduct prototype testing, integration testing, and design verification and validation testing
· Document design, analysis, and verification results with accurate and concise reports
· Perform trade studies and analyses to validate conceptual designs
· Provide engineering support as needed in the development of test protocols and fixtures.

We are seeking a talented test engineer with an Electrical Engineering background to support a major US Air Force Program. As a Test Engineer, you will perform planning, coordination, and execution of electronic component, subsystem, and full system tests as well as other evaluation activities across the program. Responsibilities
- Generate Test Plans that provide verification of system requirements and identify necessary test equipment, fixtures, and facilities.
- Collaborate with multi-discipline design team to produce Test Procedures and Data Collection methods.
- Coordinate, schedule and lead test activities to ensure that test requirements and objectives are met per customer/program requirements and engineering and quality standards.
- Familiarity with Mil-Spec testing requirements as well as vibration, shock, and environmental test methods and equipment is desired
- Perform Test Readiness Reviews and produce Test Reports
- Lead both in-house and field data collection activities including setup and operation of high-speed cameras, telemetry systems, onboard instrumentation, and data recorders.

- Working with senior management in coordinating daily activities, team communications, program meetings and other functionally specific initiatives
- Providing administrative support including meeting management, calendar management, travel arrangements, expense report management, maintaining office equipment and supplies, mail distribution, and other critical daily functions to support the business

Job Description:
The Contracts Specialist shall proactively provide support to contract management and directors of a particular Business Unit in administering government, international and commercial contracts. Under the direction of leadership, S/he will support all aspects of contract management throughout the contracting process, from pre-proposal activities through contract closure. In performing this role, the Contracts Specialist will:
• Support the review and risk analysis of solicitations and terms and conditions and coordinate with their supervisor.
• Participate in bid/no bid decisions and proposal review meetings.
• Review cost proposals, maintain cost and pricing data records for TINA compliance, support fact-finding and DCAA audits, and support negotiations.
• Proactively administer a variety of contracts (government/commercial, domestic/international) of all types (cost reimbursement, fixed price, incentive, award fee, IDIQ, time and material, etc.) and modifications thereto. Prepare and coordinate business correspondence, generate required contract-related reports, and maintain accurate and complete contract files and records for the company.
• Remain actively engaged with (and serve as an integral member of) designated program teams and develop strong interfaces with Hunt Valley personnel in other functional areas.
• Participate in program reviews, monitor program performance (contract schedules, deliverables, funding, invoicing, and payments), and notify contract managers or directors of potential non-compliances or other problems that could have an adverse impact on the company.
• Identify and administer contract changes, and coordinate resolution of contract issues with your supervisors.
• Actively administer the closeout of completed contracts.
• Ensure contract management activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, and customer requirements.
• Ensure coordination with Legal on contract matters that may have legal significance (such as, identifying to Legal non-standard or potentially high-risk terms and conditions) prior to advising management of contractual risks, rights and obligations, and terms and conditions interpretations.

System Administrators collaborate with a diverse team to support classified information systems. Success in this role means you can develop, implement, and maintain secure, cost-efficient environments supporting the warfighters. Program teams rely on your collaboration and guidance to define computing requirements and develop solutions to solve infrastructure problems. Knowledge of Windows and Linux desktop and server operating systems is required. The System Administrator is responsible for information system patching, anti-virus updates and installations, vulnerability management, and user account management. You will work with Cybersecurity professionals, such as ISSM, ISSO and IT to maintain security compliance requirements. This candidate will perform desktop support, resetting passwords, installing, network configuration and troubleshooting, upgrading applications, and respond to incidents that occur on the information systems.

· Setup and maintain systems support for software, hardware, and servers: test, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve all problems
· Manage security controls testing process, application updates and installs, operating system upgrades and patching, RAID configuration & monitoring, system backups & restoration, system image creation and disk cloning
· Maintain system security requirements per DAAPM, JSIG, NISPOM and applicable procedures

- Lead, plan, organize, monitor, and conduct supplier audits to quality standards (AS9100) in support of supplier selection and improvement.
- Drive effective root cause analyses and corrective action for Lycoming and its customers. Spearheads process improvement activities at supplier facilities.
- Facilitate preventative actions and supplier process control projects that improve quality of product delivered to Lycoming Engines.
- Compile and analyze data to make decisions to drive supplier quality improvement as well as evaluate supplier’s performance.
- Works closely with the receiving inspection team to resolve any issues with parts / paperwork from suppliers.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team for supplier review / development.
- Provide a clear vision of supplier quality strategy and processes for supplier teams.
